The Commonwealth's Attorney's Office hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday - Friday. If you are a witness in a General District, Circuit or Juvenile Court criminal case and have been subpoenaed to testify on the next business day, please read the following:

Cases not listed above will be heard as originally scheduled. Witnesses in a General District or Circuit Court case should appear in the Commonwealth's Attorney's Office, Room 301 in the courthouse at 520 King Street, at least 30 minutes before the time of the trial.

Witnesses in Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court cases should report to the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court reception area, 1st floor of the courthouse, approximately 30 minutes before a scheduled appearance.
