Daily Incident Report

ROBBERY:

2900 blk. of Montrose Ave. 03-07/ 1:30 a.m. The victim, a 44 year-old female City resident, was attacked from behind, punched in the face, knocked to the ground and robbed. During the assault, the suspect stole money from the victim as she was lying on the ground and then fled on foot. The suspect is described as a black male, 40-45 years old, 5'11"-6', 200-220 pounds and was wearing a tan coat.

BURGLARY:

5800 blk. of Edsall Rd. 03-08/ 10:15 a.m. Someone entered the residence through an unlocked door and stole money, cellular telephone, purse, and miscellaneous items.

GRAND LARCENY AUTO:

500 blk. of S. Royal St. 03-09/ 12:05 a.m. Stolen: 1998 Ford Taurus, station wagon, red.

700 blk. of N. Washington St. 03-07/ 4:20 a.m. Stolen: 1996 Chrysler LHS, 4 door, maroon.
