FELONIOUS ASSAULT:

1100 blk. of Wythe St. 04-22/ 4:45 p.m. The victim, a 43-year-old Alexandria man, was working as a ice cream vendor when he was assaulted. After a girl made a purchase, an adult male returned with the half-eaten item and requested a refund. The vendor refused and the man struck the vendor on the head with a stick. The victim then drove away and called police. The victim was treated at the scene for a laceration. The suspect is described as a black male, 20-30, with a medium build.
