ALEXANDRIA POLICE INCIDENTS

ROBBERY:
100 blk. of E. Glebe Rd. 06-19/ 11:03 p.m. The victim, a 23-year-old Alexandria man, was delivering pizza when he was robbed at gunpoint. The victim was walking down an alley to make a delivery when the suspect suddenly appeared. The suspect displayed a gun and demanded money. The victim complied, and the suspect took the money and fled. The victim was not injured. The suspect is described as a black male, 5'11"-6', 160-170 lbs., and wearing dark clothing.
900 blk. of Church St. 06-19/ between 2:10 a.m. and 2:25 a.m. The victim, a 43-year-old Alexandria man, was driving his cab when he was robbed. The suspect, who the victim had picked up as a fare, implied he had a weapon and demanded money from the victim. The victim complied, and the suspect took the money and fled. The victim was not injured. Police arrested the suspect later that morning. Bryan Keith Wright, a 31-year-old resident of 3342 Lockheed Blvd., in Fairfax County, was charged with Robbery. He is being held without bond at the Alexandria jail.
