ALEXANDRIA POLICE INCIDENTS

ROBBERY:

4000 blk. of Mt. Vernon Ave. 08-01/ 10:30 a.m. The victim, a 31-year-old male Arlington resident, was in the park when a man approached him. The suspect displayed a knife and demanded money. The victim complied and the suspect fled from the area on foot. The suspect is described as a white male, 22-23 years old, 5'6"-5'7" and 160 pounds.

BURGLARY:

2900 blk. of Edgehill Dr. 08-01/ 12:30 p.m. - 08-03/ 6:00 p.m. Someone entered the residence by undetermined means and stole electronic equipment.

Uni blk. of W. Cedar St. 07-30/ 9:00 a.m. - 08-01/ 5:00 p.m. Someone entered the residence through an unlocked front door and stole electronic equipment.

GRAND LARCENY AUTO:

900 blk. of S. Fairfax St. 07-31/ 9:00 p.m. - 08-01/ 10:00 a.m. Stolen: 1993 Honda Accord, 4 door, brown.

2600 blk. of Park Center Dr. 07-31/ 7:00 p.m. - 08-01/ 8:00 a.m. Stolen: 1993 Chevrolet Lumina van, green.
