ALEXANDRIA POLICE INCIDENTS
WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 10, 2003
BURGLARY:
1600 blk. of Potomac Greens Dr. 09-07/ 7:00 p.m. Someone entered the victim's opened garage door and stole two bicycles. The victim, after being alerted that the theft had just occurred, went in search of the bicycles in a nearby neighborhood. The victim found one of the bicycles being ridden by a black male, in his late 30s, 5'6"-5'8" with a thin build. The victim challenged the suspect, who then jumped off the bicycle and ran away. A short time later, the victim located the second bicycle nearby.
2200 blk. of N. Beauregard St. 09-09/ 10:25 a.m. An unknown suspect opened the victim's front door, which was left unlocked, and began to enter. The victim who was at home yelled out and the suspect walked away. The suspect was described as a black male approximately 31 years old, 5'6", 157 pounds.

1600 blk. of N. Van Dorn St. 09-08/ 9:50 p.m. Stolen: 1996 Plymouth Voyager van, white.
