Daily Incident Report




3800 blk. of Russell Rd. 09-13/ 8:00 p.m. Police were dispatched to the scene and found a 25-year-old male non-city resident suffering from a single gun shot wound to the right arm. The victim was transported to Inova Fairfax Hospital where he was treated for his non-life threatening injury. Police searching the area stopped a group of subjects and began to question them. As a result, three individuals were arrested and charged with Felonious Assault. Investigation has revealed that this was a gang-related assault. Arrested were Juan Carlos Cedillo, an 18-year-old male of 1413 T St. NW, Washington, D.C.; Louis Zacarias, an 18-year-old male of 3304 Buchanan, Mt. Rainier, Md.; and Edgar Ricardo Rodas, an 18-year-old male of 1390 Nicholson St. NW, Washington, D.C. They are being held without bond at the Alexandria jail.


2200 blk. of N. Van Dorn St. 09-11/ between 3:45 p.m. and 5:15 p.m. Someone entered the unsecured residence and stole a computer.

3300 blk. of Wyndham Cir. 08-14/ 9:00 p.m. - 09-12/ 12:09 p.m. Someone entered the residence by force through the front door. It is unknown if anything was stolen.


3800 blk. of Executive Ave. 08-29/ 8:00a.m. - 00-12/ 4:00 p.m. Stolen: 1987 Nissan Stanza, 4 door, brown.

400 blk. of N. Armistead St. 09-12/ 10:00 p.m. - 09-13/ 9:20 a.m. Stolen: 1994 Nissan Pathfinder, sport-utility, green.

100 blk. of S. Jordan St. 09-13/ between 3:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Stolen: 2000 Toyota Solara, 2 door, silver.

3700 blk. of Lyons Pl. 09-14/ between 12:15 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Stolen: 1994 Honda Accord, 4 door, maroon.
