ALEXANDRIA POLICE INCIDENTS

THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 25, 2003

ROBBERY:

700 blk. of Tennessee Ave. 09-23/ between 9:45 p.m. and 9:59 p.m. The victim, a 56-year-old Alexandria woman, was walking on the sidewalk when she encountered two suspects. As she tried to pass them, one of the suspects grabbed her purse and pushed her. Both suspects then ran from the scene. The victim was not injured. Suspect #1 is described as a black male, 20-30, 5'10"-6', and wearing a black shirt and blue jeans. Suspect #2 is described as a short black male wearing dark clothing.
