ALEXANDRIA POLICE INCIDENTS
THURSDAY, DECEMBER 11, 2003
FELONIOUS ASSAULT:
100 blk. of S. Pickett St. 12-10/ 1:15 a.m. The victim, a 29-year-old male City resident, observed what appeared to be a domestic argument between a man and a woman. During the dispute, the man struck the woman knocking her to the ground. The victim intervened, pushed the suspect aside and assisted the woman to her feet. The suspect then cut the victim in the arm and immediately left the area in his truck with the woman as his passenger. The suspect is described as a male in his 40s, 5'8", 190-210 pounds with gray hair and beard. The female appeared to be in her 20s with long straight blond hair. The truck was a black Ford F-150. The victim was transported to the hospital where he was treated for his non-life threatening wound.
BURGLARY:
5999 Stevenson Ave. 12-09/ 9:30 p.m. - 12-10/ 7:30 a.m. Someone forced open a door to gain entry to the business. Once inside, the suspect stole electronic equipment, and various keys.
447 Calvert Ave. 12-10/ 6:40 a.m. Someone broke a window to gain entry to the business. Once inside, the suspect stole money.
4800 blk. of Kenmore Ave. 12-10/ between 1:45 p.m. and 3:41 p.m. Someone broke a window to gain entry into the residence. Once inside, the suspect stole electronic equipment.
GRAND LARCENY AUTO:
5000 blk. of Seminary Rd. 12-08/ 5:30 p.m. - 12-09/ 7:16 a.m. Stolen: 1990 Toyota Camry, 4 door, grey.
