ALEXANDRIA POLICE INCIDENTS

FRIDAY, JANUARY 30, 2004

ROBBERY:

4500 blk. of Raleigh Ave. 01-29/ 5:10 p.m. The victim, a 48-year-old female City resident, had just left a nearby shopping center and was walking to her apartment when she noticed two young men following her. The suspects approached, grabbed the victim's purse and ran away. Both suspects were described as black males, 12-14 years old and wearing black clothing.

GRAND LARCENY AUTO:

300 blk. of Pendleton St. 01-29/ between 6:55 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Stolen: 2001 Toyota Camry, 4 door, silver.

200 blk. of N. Alfred St. 01-28/ 8:00 p.m. - 01-29/ 7:30 a.m. Stolen: 1998 Volkswagen Jetta, 4 door, black.
