ALEXANDRIA POLICE INCIDENTS

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 17, 2004

ROBBERY:

800 blk. of Vassar Rd. 03-16/ 4:15 p.m. The victim, a 14-year-old Arlington boy, was walking to a friend's house when the suspect approached him from behind. The suspect grabbed the victim and demanded money. The victim complied and the suspect fled. An officer responding to the call arrested the suspect nearby. A 15-year-old Alexandria boy was charged with Robbery and transported to the juvenile detention center. The victim was not injured.
