ALEXANDRIA POLICE INCIDENTS

FRIDAY, MAY 21, 2004



ROBBERY:

4600 blk. of Duke St. 05-18/ 8:54 p.m. The victim, a 38-year-old male Fairfax County resident, was working within the business when he observed three males enter the store. One of the suspects was observed stealing a bottle of liquor. The victim confronted the suspect who immediately became confrontational and threatened the victim. All three suspects then left the store with the stolen property and were seen entering a brown four-door Honda. The suspects were described as black males, 18-21 years old, two were approximately 5'6"-5'8", 140-160 pounds while the third was described as being 6'-6'1", 155-170 pounds. Suspect #1 wore a white t-shirt and sweat pants. Suspect #2 wore a white head band, a black t-shirt and blue jeans and suspect #3 wore a grey sleeveless shirt and black sweat pants.

BURGLARY:

100 blk. of S. Pitt St. 05-19/ between 9:15 a.m. and 7:59 p.m. Someone entered the residence by force through a front door. Once inside, the suspect stole electronic equipment and personal checks.

222 N. Lee St. 05-19/ 4:00 p.m. - 05-20/ 6:45 a.m. Someone entered the business by removing a rooftop air conditioner unit. Once inside, the suspect stole money.

GRAND LARCENY AUTO:

300 blk. of Hoofs Run Dr. 04-25/ 11:22 a.m. - 05-19/ 11:00 a.m. Stolen: 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee, sport utility, silver.

1600 blk. of Kenwood Ave. 05-19/ 11:15 p.m. - 05-20/ 8:00 a.m. Stolen: 1999 Honda motorcycle, grey.

400 blk. of S. Whiting St. 05-19/ 9:00 p.m. - 05-20/ 6:30 a.m. Stolen: 1987 Toyota Camry, 4 door, maroon.
