ALEXANDRIA POLICE INCIDENTS

TUESDAY, JULY 6, 2004

ROBBERY:

4800 blk. of Kenmore Ave. 07-04/ 12:45 a.m. The victim, a 24-year-old male City resident, was attacked from behind by two men. One of the suspects was armed with a knife and cut the victim in the face as he was knocked to the ground and robbed. The suspects then fled on foot and were seen entering an older model vehicle. The victim was transported to Inova Fairfax Hospital where he was treated for his non-life threatening injury and released.

BURGLARY:

4800 blk. of W. Braddock Rd. 07-02/ between 8:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Someone entered the residence by breaking a glass balcony door. Once inside, the suspect stole jewelry.

3800 blk. of Old Dominion Blvd. 07-04/ between 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. Someone entered the residence through a kitchen window, which was left open. Once inside, the suspect stole money.

GRAND LARCENY AUTO:

2300 blk. of Jefferson Davis Hwy. 07-03/ 10:44 p.m. Stolen: 2004 Ford Crown Victoria, 4 door, gold.
