ALEXANDRIA POLICE INCIDENTS THURSDAY, JULY 8, 2004 BURGLARY: 2 Herbert St. 07-06/ 5:00 p.m. - 07-07/ 5:45 a.m. Someone entered the business by force through a window. Offices were ransacked however, nothing appears to have been stolen.
