ALEXANDRIA POLICE INCIDENTS

THURSDAY, JANUARY 6, 2005

ROBBERY:

5900 blk. of Edsall Rd. 01-05/ 6:37 p.m. The victim, a 34-year-old female City resident, was walking home when she was knocked to the ground by a man. The suspect grabbed her purse and backpack and then fled on foot. The suspect is described as a male, 5'5"-5'7", 120-130 pounds and was wearing dark clothes and a black ski mask.

BURGLARY:

Unit blk. of E. Linden St. 12-15/ 4:00 p.m. - 12-29/ 2:00 p.m. Someone entered the residence by force through a rear door. Once inside, the suspect stole electronic equipment.

GRAND LARCENY AUTO:

5000 blk. of Seminary Rd. 01-02/ between 12:00 p.m. and 2:15 p.m. Stolen: 2000 Honda Accord, 4 door, red.

3800 blk. of Milan Dr. 01-04/ 8:00 p.m. - 01-05/ 8:00 a.m. Stolen: 2002 Honda Accord, 4 door, silver.
