ALEXANDRIA POLICE INCIDENTS

WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 23, 2005

BURGLARY:

3834 Mt. Vernon Ave. 02-22/ 9:00 a.m. Someone gained entry to the business by force through the front door. It is unknown if anything was stolen.

1325 Wilkes St. 02-22/ 4:52 a.m. Someone entered the business by undetermined means. When an employee went to open the business, he discovered two men inside. The suspects were seen leaving the business and driving away in a grey Chevrolet Blazer sport utility vehicle. Suspect #1 is described as a black male, 25-35 years old, 5'11"-6', 220 pounds and was wearing a dark coat and grey pants. Suspect #2 is described as a black male, 5'4". The suspects were seen carrying a large black case as they left the business however, it is unknown if this was stolen from the business.

GRAND LARCENY AUTO:

100 blk. of Swift Alley. 02-15/ 12:30 p.m. Stolen: 1991 Mazda MPV van, black.

1200 blk. of Madison St. 02-16/ 9:30 p.m. Stolen: 1999 Ford Escort, 4 door, maroon.
