ALEXANDRIA POLICE INCIDENTS
MONDAY, APRIL 25, 2005
ROBBERY:
3800 blk. of Edison St. 04-22/ 11:00 a.m. The victim, a 78-year-old male City resident, was pushed from behind by two men. The victim fell to the ground and the suspects stole his wallet. After the robbery, the suspects fled on foot. The victim was transported to Inova Alexandria Hospital where he was treated and released for his non-life threatening injuries.
BURGLARY:
2700 Jefferson Davis Hwy. 04-24/ 3:45 a.m. Someone entered the business by force through the front glass door. Once inside, the suspect stole money.
610 S. Pickett St. 04-22/ 7:30 p.m. - 04-23/ 6:00 a.m. Someone entered the business by breaking a side glass door. Once inside, the suspect stole money and electronic equipment.
100 blk. of S. Van Dorn St. 04-22/ between 10:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Someone entered the residence by undetermined means and stole luggage and electronic equipment.
GRAND LARCENY AUTO:
700 blk. of N. Ripley St. 04-22/ 9:00 p.m. - 04-23/ 8:15 a.m. Stolen: 1990 Chevrolet Caprice, 4 door, black.
100 blk. of E. Reed Ave. 04-21/ 4:00 p.m. - 04-22/ 5:30 a.m. Stolen: 1998 Honda Accord, 4 door, black.
300 blk. of N. Patrick St. 04-22/ 10:30 p.m. - 04-23/ 11:00 p.m. Stolen: 1999 Toyota Camry, 4 door, beige.
400 blk. of N. Howard St. 04-23/ between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Stolen: 1998 Dodge Stratus, 4 door, black.
