ALEXANDRIA POLICE INCIDENTS

THURSDAY, JUNE 23, 2005



FELONIOUS ASSAULT:

2600 blk. of Park Center Dr. 06-23/ 2:00 a.m. The victim, a 21-year-old male non-City resident, was working as a security guard when he was struck in the head with a bottle. The victim believes that the bottle was thrown from a balcony at the high-rise building. There are no suspects at this time and the victim was treated and released at the scene by a medic unit.

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY:

4200 blk. of Tulsa Pl. 06-22/ 4:30 a.m. Police responded to the area after receiving calls of shots being fired. Responding officers found two damaged vehicles, one with the rear window completely shattered, the other with two bullet holes. A dark colored sedan was seen in the area and may be involved in this case. There were no injuries.

GRAND LARCENY AUTO:

300 blk. of Summers Dr. 06-21/ between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Stolen: 1996 Chrysler Town and Country van, white.
