ALEXANDRIA POLICE INCIDENTS

WEDNESDAY, JULY 13, 2005

INDECENT EXPOSURE:

1200 blk. of S. Washington St. 07-11/ between 4:20 p.m. and 4:35 p.m. The victim, a 41-year-old Alexandria woman, was riding in an elevator when a man she did not know exposed his genitals to her. The victim exited the elevator at the next floor and alerted the property management staff. The suspect left the elevator at the same floor and entered a stairwell. Police arrived and located the suspect in his apartment on another floor. The suspect, John D. Urbina, 21, of 1204 S. Washington St., Apt #403, was arrested and charged with Indecent Exposure.
