ALEXANDRIA POLICE INCIDENTS

FRIDAY, JULY 29, 2005

ROBBERY:

600 blk. of N. Fairfax St. 07-27/ 9:25 p.m. The victim, a 30-year-old Alexandria woman, was approached from behind by a man. The suspect grabbed her purse, forcibly removed it from her and ran away. The suspect is described as a black male, 15-20 years old, 5'3"-5'10", 130-180 pounds and was wearing a white shirt and dark shorts.

BURGLARY:

1300 blk. of Pendleton St. 07-23/ 3:00 p.m. - 07-27/ 2:30 p.m. Someone entered the victim's storage shed by undetermined means and stole a bicycle.
