ALEXANDRIA POLICE INCIDENTS

FELONIOUS ASSAULT:
3400 blk. of Duke St. 08-15/ 8:30 p.m. The victim, a 17-year-old male City resident, was skateboarding at the skate park when another individual challenged him. The victim continued skateboarding and the suspect hit him in the head with a skateboard and knocked him to the ground. The suspect then hit him again with his skateboard and walked away. The suspect was seen entering a black Volkswagen Jetta and drove away. The victim who suffered a serious head laceration as a result of the assault refused to be transported to the hospital.
BURGLARY:
3300 King St. 08-15/ 8:15 a.m. - 08-16/ 7:30 a.m. Someone entered the school by force through the roof. Once inside, the suspect stole money.
5900 Farrington Ave. 08-06/ 1:00 p.m. - 08-15/ 8:00 a.m. Someone entered the business by cutting a hole in the eastside wall. Once inside, the suspect stole construction materials.
GRAND LARCENY AUTO:
3000 blk. of Montrose Ave. 08-13/ 9:00 p.m. - 08-15/ 6:30 a.m. Stolen: 2001 Chevrolet Silverado, 4 door, black.
800 blk. of N. Iverson St. 08-10/ 7:00 p.m. - 08-11/ 4:00 a.m. Stolen: 1999 Honda motorcycle, CBR900RX, black.
200 blk. of S. Whiting St. 08-16/ between 3:00 a.m. and 12:24 p.m. Stolen: 2005 Infiniti, 4 door, silver.
