ALEXANDRIA POLICE INCIDENTS

TUESDAY, AUGUST 30, 2005

ROBBERY:

4000 blk. of Mt. Vernon Ave. 08-28/ between 2:00 p.m. and 2:20 p.m. The victim, a 37-year-old Alexandria man, reported that a man he was drinking with displayed a knife and robbed him of gold jewelry he was wearing. The victim was not injured. He said he did not know the suspect and described him as a white Hispanic male, 30-40, 6'-6'1", 200-210 pounds, and wearing a white tank top and blue jeans.

1700 blk. of Crestwood Dr. 08-28/ between 2:30 a.m. and 4:30 a.m. Stolen: 1996 Honda Accord, 4 door, silver

100 blk. of S. Reynolds St. 08-27/ 8:30 p.m. - 08-28/ 5:00 p.m. Stolen: 1994 Plymouth Voyager, van, green.

500 blk. of S. Royal St. 08-27/ 8:00 p.m. - 08-28/ 7:42 p.m. Stolen: 1994 Ford Mustang, 2 door, green.

5700 blk. of Drake Ct. 08-25/ 8:30 p.m. - 08-28/ 7:00 p.m. Stolen: 1998 Suzuki JSXR-600, motorcycle, red and black.
