ALEXANDRIA POLICE INCIDENTS
WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 5, 2005
INDECENT EXPOSURE:
Intersection of W. Mt. Ida and Commonwealth Ave. 10-04/ between 6:20 a.m. and 6:25 a.m. The victim, a 34-year-old Alexandria woman, was jogging when she passed a male jogger on the sidewalk. The suspect, a white Hispanic male, 25-35 years old, 5'5'-5'11", 160-175 pounds was wearing a white polo shirt, a white t-shirt underneath, and white sneakers. He was not wearing any pants exposing himself to the victim as she ran by. The victim went to a nearby residence and called police.
BURGLARY:
1100 blk. of N. Pitt St. 10-03/ 11:00 p.m. - 10-04/ 7:00 a.m. Someone entered the residence through an unlocked window and stole money, luggage and credit cards.
100 blk. of Clifford St. 10-01/ 1:00 a.m. - 10-03/ 4:00 p.m. Someone entered the residence without force and stole jewelry and numerous music CDs.
400 blk. of E. Alexandria Ave. 10-03/ 2:55 a.m. - 10-03/ 3:00 a.m. Someone entered the residence by force through a kitchen door. Once inside, the suspect stole a women's purse which contained money, a checkbook and personal items.
GRAND LARCENY AUTO:
100 blk. of S. Reynolds St. 10-03/ 7:30 p.m. - 10-04/ 4:30 a.m. Stolen: 2004 Suzuki motorcycle, GSXR1000K4, white/blue.
200 blk. of S. Reynolds St. 10-03/ 7:00 p.m. - 10-04/ 5:50 a.m. Stolen: 1996 Honda Accord, 4 door, black.
