ALEXANDRIA POLICE INCIDENTS
THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 3, 2005
FELONIOUS ASSAULT:
3800 blk. of Executive Ave. 10-31/ between 8:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. The victim, a 28-year-old Alexandria man, was attacked by three men and stabbed. The victim was walking when he was approached from behind by three men who grabbed him and forced him to the ground. One of the suspects had a knife. The victim managed to get away from his attackers but was once again grabbed and thrown to the ground a short distance away. This time, one of the suspects stabbed the victim. After the assault, the suspects fled from the area on foot. The victim was transported to Inova Fairfax Hospital where he was treated for his non-life threatening injury. The suspects are described as being black males and wearing dark clothing.
BURGLARY:
Unit blk. of Alexander St. 10-30/ between 5:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Someone entered the victim's garage door, which was left open, and stole a bicycle.
GRAND LARCENY AUTO:
400 blk. of S. Whiting St. 10-31/ 11:00 p.m. - 11-01/ 6:30 a.m. Stolen: 2000 Chrysler Concorde, 4 door, dark blue.
500 blk. of S. Van Dorn St. 10-30/ 11:00 a.m. - 11-01/ 9:30 p.m. Stolen: 1993 Dodge Caravan, maroon.
900 blk. of Harrison Cir. 10-30/ 10:00 p.m. - 11-01/ 11:35 p.m. Stolen: 2004 Ford Taurus, 4 door, green.
