ALEXANDRIA POLICE INCIDENTS

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 7, 2005

BURGLARY:

3640 King St. 11-04/ 6:00 p.m. - 11-05/ 1:07 a.m. Someone entered the business by breaking the front glass door. Once inside, the suspect stole money.

700 blk. of Fitzhugh Wy. 11-04/ between 6:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Someone entered the victim's garage, which was left open, and stole two bicycles.

4643 Taney Ave. 11-05/ 10:23 p.m. Someone broke into the school by using the roof as a means to gain entry. Police were called to the scene and discovered a black male, 19-24 years old, 5'8"-5'10", 150-170 pounds wearing a white t-shirt, black hooded sweatshirt and dark jeans exiting the school from an eastside door. The suspect fled from the school on foot and police gave chase however, the suspect managed to get away. It is unknown if anything was stolen.

GRAND LARCENY AUTO:

100 blk. of W. Glebe Rd. 11-05/ between 7:00 a.m. and 7:10 a.m. Stolen: 2004 Chevrolet Malibu, 4 door, gold.

Unit blk. of N. Gordon St. 11-02/ 10:30 p.m. - 11-03/ 1:30 a.m. Stolen: 1995 Honda Civic, 2 door, green.

4600 blk. of Seminary Rd. 11-04/ 9:30 p.m. - 11-05/ 10:00 a.m. Stolen: 1992 Ford Escort, 5-door hatchback, red.

700 blk. of S. Alfred St. 11-04/ 12:01 a.m. - 11-05/ 11:30 a.m. Stolen: 2001 Suzuki motorcycle, SV650, blue.
