ALEXANDRIA POLICE INCIDENTS

800 blk. of S. Washington St. 01-22/ 2:00 a.m. The victim, a 48-year-old Fairfax County man, was assaulted as he left a restaurant. The victim walked outside as the business was closing and two men approached and began to punch him. The victim was knocked to the ground where the men continued to assault him. The victim sustained injuries to his face. A medic unit transported the victim to Inova Alexandria Hospital where he was treated for his non-life threatening injuries. The suspects are described as white males.
287 S. Van Dorn St. 01-22/ 4:00 p.m. The victim, a 23-year-old Maryland woman and clerk at the business, was robbed at knife point. The suspect entered the store, displayed a knife and demanded money. The victim managed to flee from the store and police were called. The suspect stole money and then fled from the store a short time later. The suspect is described as a black male, 35-50 years old, 6'-6'2", 200 pounds and was wearing a dark coat with a blue patch with white lettering, a black stocking cap and dark blue pants.
200 blk. of E. Mason Dr. 01-24/ between 2:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Someone entered the residence by force through a glass patio door. Once inside, the suspect stole jewelry.

1200 blk. of N. Quaker Ln. 01-22/ 3:30 p.m. - 01-23/ 12:30 a.m. Stolen; 1991 Toyota Corolla, 4 door, tan.
