ROBBERY:

800 blk. of N. Van Dorn St. 02-26/ 8:50 p.m. The victim, a 37-year-old Alexandria woman was walking to her apartment when a man approached from behind. The suspect grabbed her purse and fled from the scene. The suspect is described as a black male, 25 years old, 5'8"- 5'10", and was wearing a red t-shirt with black stripes and blue jeans.
