ALEXANDRIA POLICE INCIDENTS

MONDAY, MARCH 13, 2006

ROBBERY:

Intersection of King and S. 28 Sts. 03-11/ 12:41 a.m. The victim, a 42-year-old Alexandria man, was walking home when he was approached by a group of individuals. The suspects, approximately 6-8 black males, began to assault him. The suspects repeatedly punched and kicked the victim. During the assault the suspects stole the victim's wallet and his jewelry. The suspects then fled on foot. Police were called and searched for the suspects. Four individuals; a 17-year-old and two16-year-olds, all City residents, and a 17-year-old Maryland resident were stopped, identified and charged with Robbery. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital where he was treated and released.

BURGLARY:

400 blk. of N. Armistead St. 03-06/ 7:00 a.m. - 03-10/ 5:00 p.m. Someone entered the residence by undetermined means and stole electronic equipment and money.

GRAND LARCENY AUTO:

3800 blk. of Florence Dr. 03-04/ 5:00 a.m. - 03-10/ 3:00 p.m. Stolen: 2005 Suzuki motorcycle, blue/white.

3500 blk. of W. Braddock Rd. 03-10/ between 9:00 a.m. and 11:30 p.m. Stolen: 1989 Toyota station wagon, silver.

5800 blk. of Duke St. 03-11/ between 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Stolen: 1986 Chevrolet Cavalier, 2 door, white.

Unit blk. of Kennedy St. 03-10/ 10:00 p.m. - 03-11/ 6:00 a.m. Stolen: 1997 Ford F150 pickup truck, white.
