ALEXANDRIA POLICE INCIDENTS

ROBBERY:
800 blk. of Manor Rd. 07-17/ 11:15 p.m. The victim, a 44-year old Alexandria man, was attacked from behind as he was walking home. The suspect produced a knife and stabbed the victim in the back. After robbing the victim of cash and a credit card, the suspect fled from the area on foot. The victim was transported to Inova Fairfax Hospital for a non-life threatening injury. The suspect is described as a black male in his early 20s, 5'8", 145-155 pounds and was wearing a black shirt with yellow stripes and tan shorts.
