ALEXANDRIA POLICE INCIDENTS

TUESDAY, AUGUST 1, 2006

BURGLARY:

500 Montgomery St. 07-28/ between 5:40 p.m. and 5:50 p.m. Someone entered the business suite by force through the front door. A suspect, who is described as a black male, 30-40 years old, 6'-6'2", 170-190 pounds and wearing a Fedora hat, long sleeve dark shirt and shorts, was seen leaving the area. Nothing was stolen.

GRAND LARCENY AUTO:

4300 blk. of Seminary Rd. 07-30/ between 11:45 p.m. and 11:55 p.m. Stolen: 2005 Nissan Altima, 4 door, grey.

400 blk. of S. Payne St. 07-30/ 1:00 p.m. - 07-31/ 6:30 a.m. Stolen: 1999 Ford Econoline van, white.

4300 blk. of Taney Ave. 07-31/ between 12:15 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Stolen: 1999 Mazda 626, 4 door, grey.
