ALEXANDRIA POLICE INCIDENTS

SEXUAL BATTERY-ARREST:
500 block of Fontaine Street 09/20 between 9:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. The victim, a 44-year-old Falls Church woman, was walking to work when she observed a man following her. He approached her and grabbed her in a sexually inappropriate manner. She screamed and the suspect released her. She ran away and was able to get to a safe place where someone called police. Around the same time, another woman called police and reported a suspicious man had followed her while she was jogging near Braddock Road and Lloyds Lane. Police located the suspect in the 300 block of Russell Road. Saud Jabir Al-Amin, 23, of 12105 Ragan Oaks Court, Apt. 303, in Fairfax, was arrested and charged with Sexual Battery.
PEEPING TOM/ILLEGAL VIDEOTAPING-ARREST:
1641 Prince Street 09/20 between 11:45 a.m. and 12:45 p.m. An employee of the business office reported at a hidden video camera had been discovered in the bathroom. Police determined the suspect who had placed it there was another employee. Didier-Kim Quang Trinh, a 30-year-old man and resident of 25 Canterbury Square, Apt. 301, in Alexandria was arrested and charged with Peeping and Unlawful Videotaping.
BURGLARY:
3001 Park Center Drive 09/19 8:00 p.m. - 09/20 8:00 a.m. Someone forced open a door to gain entry to the business office. Once inside, the suspect stole money.
4600 block of Duke Street 09/12 7:00 a.m. - 09/20 3:00 a.m. Someone gained entry to the residence by undetermined means. Once inside, the suspect stole electronic equipment and housewares.
4200 block of Duke Street 09/19 between 6:15 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Someone gained entry to the residence by undetermined means. Once inside, the suspect stole electronic equipment and other items.

300 block of North Lee Street 09/18 between 10:00 a.m. and noon Stolen: 1993 Honda Civic, 4 door, red.
