ALEXANDRIA POLICE DEPARTMENT

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 20, 2006

 

ROBBERY:

 

Corner of North Beauregard Street and Sanger Avenue 10/20 1:00 a.m.  The victim, a 21-year-old Alexandria man, was walking when three suspects approached him.  They grabbed him and forced him to the ground.  They punched him and robbed him of his wallet before he was able to break free and run to safety.  The victim suffered minor injuries but did not require medical attention.  The suspects are described as adult black males wearing black coats.

 

GRAND LARCENY AUTO:

 

2500 block of North Van Dorn Street 10/08 8:00 p.m. – 10/09 8:00 a.m.  Stolen: 2002 Honda XR100, motorcycle, red and white.

 

2000 block of Jefferson Davis Highway 10/18 4:00 p.m. – 10/19 7:30 a.m.  Stolen: 2000 Ford F250, pick-up truck, dark blue.
