PEEPING TOM/ARREST:

 

5600 block of Derby Court 01/03 between 1:30 a.m. and 1:50 a.m. Victim, a 28-year-old Alexandria woman, reports that the suspect was seen looking through her patio window for about 20 minutes. Responding officers observed the suspect attempting to leave. Witnesses positively identified him. Juan C. Ayala-Garcia, 33, of 5671 Derby Court was charged with Trespassing and Peeping Tom.

 

GRAND LARCENY (AUTO):

 

500 block of North Armistead Street 01/02 between 4:00 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. Stolen: 1993 GMC Sierra, pickup truck, black.
