ALEXANDRIA POLICE DEPARTMENT

MONDAY, JANUARY 29, 2007

 

ROBBERY:

 

506 King Street 1/26 8:56 a.m. Suspect entered the business, produced a pistol and demanded cash. No one was injured. He was last seen walking east on King Street from the front of the business. Suspect is described as a white male, 35 to 40, 508 to 510, clean-shaven, wearing a grey fedora-style hat, a grey or tan dress-style coat, shirt & tie and dress shoes.

 

3925 Jefferson Davis Highway 1/28 6:50 p.m. Victim, a 23-year old Fredericksburg woman, was working at the front counter when she was approached by the suspects. When the victim opened the cash register, one of the suspects displayed a pistol and demanded cash. No one was injured. The suspects were last seen northbound on Jefferson Davis Highway in a teal Sport Utility Vehicle. Both suspects are described as black males, 25 to 30, wearing black coats and glasses. One suspect was 600 to 602, 190 to 200 lbs. The other was 507 to 510, 170 to 190 lbs.

 

FELONIOUS ASSAULT:

 

4650 King Street 1/26 9:40 p.m. Victim, a 29-year old Fredericksburg man, was assaulted by three unknown suspects inside the business. He was transported to a hospital with severe facial injuries. Suspects are described as black males. One suspect wore his hair in dreadlocks.

 

BURGLARY:

 

600 block of North Howard Street 1/23 between 12:00 Noon and 3:50 p.m. Unknown suspect(s) entered the residence by unknown means and took cash and personal items.

 

400 block of North Van Dorn Street between 1/25 at 7:30 p.m. and 1/26 at 11:00 a.m.

Unknown suspect(s) entered the residence by unknown means and took electronic and personal items.

 

100 block of South Bragg Street 1/26 between 12:01 a.m. and 5:15 a.m.

Unknown suspect(s) entered the residence by unknown means and took electronic and personal items.
