ROBBERY:

 

301 North Ripley Street. 08/04 at 9:32 P.M. The suspect entered the business, produced a firearm and demanded cash. No one was injured. The suspect is described as a black male, 510 to 511, 1751bs. to 200 lbs., wearing a black jacket, black pants and glasses.

 

BURGLARY:

 

100 block of West Nelson Avenue. 08/01 between 10:00 A.M. and 4:45 P.M. An unknown suspect entered the residence by force. Once inside, the suspect removed personal property.

 

5500 block of Holmes Run Parkway. 08/03 between 1:40 P.M. and 2:00 P.M. An unknown suspect entered the residence by force. Nothing was taken.

 

FELONIOUS ASSAULT:

 

4300 block of Duke Street. 08/05 at 4:00 A.M. The victim, an 18 year-old Lorton man, was assaulted by unknown suspects in a parking lot. The victim received minor injuries.

 

GRAND LARCENY OTHER:

 

6100 block of Edsall Road. 08/03 between 1:45 A.M. and 2:10 A.M.

Stolen: 2007 Yamaha R1, motorcycle, blue.
