PEEPING TOM:

 

500 block of North Imboden Street.  10/10 at 9:55 P.M.  The victim, a 24 year-old Alexandria woman, reports that the suspect was observed outside her bedroom window looking in at her.  The suspect was last seen running westbound.  The suspect is described only as male, wearing blue jean shorts and brown Timberland-style boots.
