FELONIOUS ASSAULT:

 

900 block of Gibbon Street.  10/11 at 11:18 P.M.  The victim, a 25 year-old Stafford man, reports that the suspect cut him following an argument while they were riding in a vehicle at the listed location.  Police arrested William Ernesto Chavez, 21, of 3504 Groveton Street in the Alexandria section of Fairfax County. Chavez was held without bond after an initial court appearance.
