ROBBERY/ARREST:

 

Intersection of Cameron Street and North Henry Street. 11/09 at 9:00 P.M. The victim, a 48 year-old Fredericksburg man, reports that the suspect entered his delivery truck while he was stopped at an intersection, implied that he had a gun and ordered him to drive away. The suspect exited the truck several blocks later, where he was arrested. The victim was not injured. Police charged Mark R. Fields, 41, of 2401 Ridge Road in the Alexandria section of Fairfax County with Carjacking.

 

ABDUCTION/SEXUAL BATTERY:

 

5600 block of Edsall Road. 11/09 at 5:50 A.M. The victim, a 26 year-old Alexandria woman, reports that the suspect assaulted and held her against her will. The victim did not seek medical treatment. The suspect is described as a black male, 507 to 600 and wearing dark clothing and a ski mask. Note: This incident is described in more detail in News Release #07-052, dated November 9, 2007.

 

ROBBERY:

 

Intersection of Executive Avenue and Russell Road. 11/10 at 1:00 P.M. The victim, a 23 year-old Alexandria man, reports that three suspects assaulted him and took cash and personal property. The victim sustained non life-threatening injuries in the attack. He was treated at a local hospital. The suspects are described only as black males. Note: This incident was not reported to police for more than nine hours.

 

FELONIOUS ASSAULT:

 

6100 block of Lincolnia Road. 11/10 at 1:44 A.M. The victim, a 22 year-old Alexandria man, reports that four suspects attacked him after seeking to purchase drugs from him. The victim sustained non life-threatening injuries in the attack. He was treated at a local hospital. The suspects are described only as black males.

 

INDECENT EXPOSURE:

 

Intersection of Seminary Road and Kenmore Avenue. 11/09 at 8:50 P.M. The victim, a 39 year-old Alexandria woman, reports that the suspect was masturbating while at a red traffic signal. The suspect had the interior light on. The suspect is described as a black male with a medium complexion. He was wearing a black suit and white shirt. He appeared to be right-handed. He was last seen leaving the area in a 4-door car.

 

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY:

 

1800 block of North Chambliss Street. 11/11 between 12:00 A.M and 4:00 A.M. Numerous victims report that an unknown suspect(s) vandalized their vehicles overnight. The suspect(s) used a type of shoe polish to write offensive words and symbols on at least eight separate vehicles.
