BURGLARY/ARREST:

 

100 block of Cameron Parke Place.  11/13 at 12:15 P.M.  A detective observed the suspect as he was removing property from a house and placing it into a vehicle.  The detective coordinated responding police units to capture the suspect without incident.  It is believed that the suspect is responsible for several other burglaries in this community. He is additionally, wanted by Montgomery County, Maryland, police for the same types of offenses.  Police charged Roland Lamonte Harkum, 36, of 8002 Pats Place in Fort Washington, Maryland, with three counts of Burglary and one count of Attempted Burglary.  The investigation is ongoing.
