| To download solicitations from this site you must first create an account. Once you have established an account you will be able to click on and download all associated files for a given solicitation. Please note that some associated files, such as construction drawings, may not be available online. Associated files must be ordered and a fee paid per the instructions. The bidder shall be responsible for revisiting the Purchasing website to insure awareness of any addenda.
