THE FOLLOWING DOCKET ITEMS ARE NEW CONSIDERATIONS FOR BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS HEARING:

  2. 721 NORTH OVERLOOK DRIVE

    ZONE: R-8, RESIDENTIAL

    Lonnie D. Henley and Sara P. Hanks, Owners: Variance to replace existing noncomplying porch with an open portico and increased roof height 22.60 feet from the front property line on North Overlook Drive. If the variance is granted, the Board of Zoning Appeals will necessarily be granting a variance from section 12-102(A) of the zoning ordinance relating to physical enlargement or expansion of a noncomplying structure.

Savage, Architect: Variance to construct a one-story rear addition 4.70 feet from the rear property line and reduce the required open space by 257 square feet. If the variance is granted, the Board of Zoning Appeals will necessarily be granting a variance from section 12-102(A) of the zoning ordinance relating to physical enlargement or expansion of a noncomplying structure.

    Eric Vasques, Contract Purchaser: Variance to demolish and rebuild an existing dwelling on the north and south side property lines. If the variance is granted, the Board of Zoning Appeals will necessarily be granting a variance from section 12-102(A) of the zoning ordinance relating to physical enlargement or expansion of a noncomplying structure.
