The Planning Commission special public hearing meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M.

MASTER PLAN AMENDMENT #97-0005
REZONING #97-0005

POTOMAC YARD/POTOMAC GREENS
     Consideration of a request for approval of (1) changes to the CDD conditions contained in the master plan and zoning ordinance for Potomac Yard/Potomac Greens, and (2) the concept plan for Potomac Yard/Potomac Greens. Applicant: Commonwealth Atlantic Properties Inc., by J. Howard Middleton, Jr., attorney.
  ACTION:CDD Concept Plan: Recommend Disapproval 7-0
  Master Plan Amendment: Reject the proposal 7-0
  Zoning Ordinance Amendment:Recommend Disapproval 7-0
