D. Additional Business:

1. Mr. Koenig discussed the possible application of the special exception process to small building improvements. He suggested that a subcommittee be organized to list types of building improvements to be considered and that would require an amendment to the zoning ordinance.

2. The Board discussed a letter dated April 28, 1998, from William I. Garrett, Jr., 427 East Nelson Avenue, regarding BZA Case #98-0005.
