D. Additional Business:

1. The Board of Zoning Appeals Attendance Report for July 1, 1997, to June 30, 1998, was approved for submission to the Alexandria Office of Citizens Assistance.

2. The Board scheduled a special meeting to discuss amending the special exception process to include other types of cases. The meeting will be held on Thursday, August 13, 1998, at 6:30 P.M. in room 2000.
