D. Additional Business:
1. The Board discussed amending the special exception process to include other types of cases. On a motion by Mr. Ellmore, seconded by Ms. Kung, the Board decided by a vote of 6 to 0 to form a subcommittee to review with staff types of cases to be included in the special exception process. Messrs. Almquist, Cobb and Koenig volunteered to serve on the subcommittee.
