David H. and Jane A. Meyer, owners: Variance to replace an existing open front stoop and build a covered portico 17.00 feet from the front property line. If the variance is granted, the Board of Zoning Appeals will necessarily be granting a variance from section 12-102(A) of the zoning ordinance relating to physical enlargement or expansion of a noncomplying structure.

1. On a motion by Mr. Koenig, seconded by Mr. Ellmore, the Board voted 7 to 0 to endorse the proposed language of the text amendment to the zoning ordinance regarding expansion of the special exception process.
