Peter and Elizabeth Crowley, Owners: Variance to construct an open carport 13.00 feet from the front property line facing West Nelson Avenue. If the variance is granted, the Board of Zoning Appeals will necessarily be granting a variance from section 12-102(A) of the zoning ordinance relating to physical enlargement or expansion of a noncomplying structure.
