BOARD ACTION: January 6 , 1999 minutes approved as amended, 6-0.

2. Consideration of a Consent Calendar of items to be approved without discussion. A list of these items will be read at the beginning of the meeting. There is one demolition included on the Proposed Consent Calendar. If the Board wishes to approve this item on the Consent Calendar, then the Consent Calendar will require a roll-call vote.
