Terence J. Hill, Owner: Variance to construct a garage 2.00 feet from the east side property line and 2.00 feet from the rear property line, and to pave all of the required east side yard to extend an existing driveway to the rear of the lot. (Deferred from the February 12, 1998, hearing.)

If the variance is granted, the Board of Zoning Appeals will necessarily be granting a variance from section 12-102(A) of the zoning ordinance relating to physical enlargement or expansion of a noncomplying structure.

If the variance is granted, the Board of Zoning Appeals will necessarily be granting a variance from section 12-102(A) of the zoning ordinance relating to physical enlargement or expansion of a noncomplying structure.
