David and Brenda Heffernan, Owners, by John B. Savage, Architect: Variance to construct a two-story rear addition 1.50 feet from the east side property line and on the west side property line. If the variance is granted, the Board of Zoning Appeals will necessarily be granting a variance from Section 12-102(A) of the zoning ordinance relating to physical enlargement or expansion of a noncomplying structure.
